Unsupported Audio Device Error
When you see an error prompt "**Unsupported Audio Device**", this means the headset you are using is not compatible with the PhoneSpeak desktop app. To check on your computer setting, right-click on the sound icon at the Windows task bar

It will launch the sound controller. Click on the Recording tab and select the default device. The one with a green tick icon. Click on the Properties button.

It will launch the device properties. Click on the Advanced tab. Take a look at the Default Format. The desktop app supports the following sample rate and bit depth:
- 16bit, 16KHz to 48KHz
- 24bit, 16KHz to 48KHz
- 32bit, 16KHz to 40KHz
