Push notification for Android
Launch PhoneSpeak app, and go to the dial pad screen.
Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the screen, then tap Settings.
Tap on "Incoming Calls", and sure "Push notifications" is selected.
If your phone still not ringing when there is incoming calls, make sure app is permitted to show notifications. You can access this setting by tap and hold the app icon and choose AppInfo.
If all the above does not work for you, reset the app from Settings and enter your PhoneSpeak credentials again.
If you shared your account across multiple devices, the app might not work properly. Do not share your login.
