How to Submit a Campaign Application
1. Click on Campaigns
2. Click on Add Campaign
3. Click on Associated Brand*
4. Click on the Dropdown to select the Associated Brand brand from the list
Note: Only verified Brands will be listed
5. Click on NEXT
6. Select a Standard Campaign Type…
Note: If your line of business is not listed, please select the closest match.
7. Note: Special Campaign Type requires additional vetting and may take longer to approve
8. Click on NEXT
9. Click on Vertical*
10. Click on the drop down to select a Vertical
11. Click on the Vertical that is nearest to your Line of Business
12. Type in Campaign Description
13. Type in the Message Flow
Suggestion: The message flow should address the question: how do you obtain your customers' information? If you collect the information through a website, you will need an active website with a Privacy Policy page.
14. Type in your Sample Messages
Sample Messages are messages you send to customers after they subscribe
15. We suggest entering a minimum of 2 Sample Messages
16. Type in your Opt-In Keyword
Note: Please ensure that your OPTIN, OPTOUT and HELP messages are concise, with a maximum of 255 characters.
17. Type in Opt-in Message
18. Type in Subscriber Opt-Out Keyword*
19. Type in Subscriber Opt-Out Message
20. Type in Subscriber Help Keywords*
21. Enter Subscriber Help Message*…
22. Answer the rest of the questions
23. Click on CREATE
24. Review the Campaign Details
We suggest you read and verify that the information you entered is accurate before submitting
25. Note that there is a one time charge of $15 per submission of application
Note: This charge is paid directly to TCR and the carriers, not to us, so fees for both Brand and Campaign are non-refundable.
26. Click on Submit
27. It takes a minimum of 7 days to receive an update on your application. We typically wait for the vetting status to change from Pending to either Verified or Failed.
