How to set your Caller ID
Selecting Company Number or Personal Number as Caller ID.
If you have both company and personal number, you can only use one of the number to send text from our mobile app.
To do so, please login to the desktop app, click on your user profile icon on to top right corner, in the Default Caller ID
Set your company number instead of your personal number. This is will set the caller ID for both your call and text.
Please note that the mobile app has limitation on selecting the default caller ID. You have to configure the default caller ID from the desktop app.
