How to Manage Teams

3. We have pre-added the Sales and Support Team, you can delete or configure them if you wish. To Configure, click on the Team Name



Note: You can also add more teams by clicking on the Add Team button to the right

4. Select the User to Add to the team by clicking on Add Member

5. Type in the User name or select them from the dropdown list

6. Click on ADD

7. This page will show you the list of Users you've added to the selected Team



Note: The "In Order" call flow follows this list from top to bottom

8. Click on Inbound Flow

9. The system will ring all available users if you choose Ring Simultaneously

10. The "In Order" Call routing type will ring the Users according to how they are listed under Members

11. You can Increase/Decrease the Ring Time Out

12. Click on Voicemail to Configure Voicemail

13. You can use the Default Greeting or upload a greeting by clicking on the Upload button

14. Or you can utilize the Type to Speech Voicemail Greeting feature by clicking on the Pencil Icon

19. To listen to the greeting, click on the Play button

20. You can also record a greeting by clicking on the Mic icon

21. If you wish to add another email address other apart from the email addresses of the Users added to the Team, click on Add Another Email

22. Click on SAVE after typing in the email address

25. You can choose to Send calls to assigned Members or Send the call to Voicemail

27. Select the flow that you want the system to follow when a call is missed
