How to Manage Company Number Settings
1. Click on Admin…
2. Click on Company Numbers
3. This page will show you a list of the Entities/Companies you have added
You can add more Entities by clicking on Add Entity over to the right hand side
4. Click on the name of the Company you wish to configure
5. Info will show you a list of the Phone numbers assigned to the Company
You can add more numbers by clicking on Add number over to the right hand side
6. If you wish to Delete or Change the Default Company Number, click on the 3 buttons
7. Click on Set as default or Delete
8. Click on Business Hour
9. You can set the Business Hours or choose 24/7
If you wish to configure Business Hours, just click on the time and select your hours of operation
10. Click on Call Handling
11. Click on Open Hour
12. Select the Call Handling flow
13. Click on SMS Handling
14. Select what you want the system to do when you receive an SMS

15. Click on Advanced Settings
16. This allows the User to use the company number as their CallerID
17. Select the user from the list
