How to Configure Voicemail

1. Click on Users

2. Select the User to configure

3. Clicking on the User will take you to their Profile

4. Click on Call Handling

5. Select Send Directly to Voicemail

6. Click on My Voicemail

7. A default greeting will be available for you to use

8. If you wish to change the Greeting you can do so by clicking on Record to record your greeting

9. You may also upload a file from your computer

10. Or use the Text to Speech option and type in your greetings

11. Configure Text To Speech Voicemail Greeting

12. You may also configure other settings
